Coffee capsule filling and sealing machine structure
- Aluminum plate part: adopts aluminum alloy acid-resistant aluminum mold, which has the function of non-deformation and corrosion resistance
- Frame part: It is welded with high-quality carbon steel, sprayed with anti-rust paint, and then covered with 304 stainless steel. It is equipped with solid bolts in contact with the ground. It can also be made into stainless steel for the whole machine.
- Transmission system: It is composed of motor, reducer, cam divider, template, transmission chain, etc.
- Cup drop system: It is composed of frame, slide rail, cup storage bin, cup pushing cylinder, etc. The synchronization control action is completed by sending a signal when the template is stopped.
- Filling system: The storage tank is made of stainless steel 304, using vertical servo screw filling, non-contact filling, filling volume can be adjusted freely, quantitative and accurate filling accuracy is high
- Film unloading system: The machine automatically grabs the film with a vacuum arm and puts it directly above the empty cup with high accuracy, time-saving and high-efficiency.
- Coding system: automatic ribbon coding (constant temperature control) is adjustable, and characters can be changed quickly. Easy to load and unload.
- Film correction system: Photoelectric eye tracking automatically corrects the film pattern to align with the cup mouth.
- Sealing system: It adopts constant temperature (intelligent temperature control) hot pressing for two times of sealing, and the sealing head is made of first-grade brass, which has good thermal conductivity and is firm and strong.
- Film cutting mechanism: cold punching, cut out the cover film with easy to tear, easy to open.
- Cup delivery system: composed of slide rails, sliders, variable speed motors, mounting brackets, can also be equipped with vacuum arm suction cups, and an external conveyor belt
- Control system: adopt Omron relay, Omron and Siemens PLC programmable control, the main components are well-known brands at home and abroad
