Automatic make cup power filling and sealing machine Scope Of Application:
The machine is suitable for various granule, powder and liquid materials. Such as coffee, milk powder, milk powder, tea, tea, instant powder, yogurt and other food materials. Applicable capsule：Compatible Nespresso,Dolce Gusto,Lavazza blue or point,Pod,K-CUP,K-SHOT,OneCup.
1) Automatically finish all production process,small volume,operate easily.
2) Schneider PLC controller,touchscreen with process visualization all pocess display,real time monitoring.
3) Depending on the capsules stackable or not stackble design, the machine come with stack channel for manual loading or with automatic capsule feeding system.
4) Vaccum feeding machin,screw feeding machine,elevator machine,different conveyor methods,automatically send materials,simple and convenient.
5) Automatically pressing powder,clean cup’s top rim,get good sealing effect.
6) Cutting and sealing lids in one step,lids from roll and lids magazine.
7) Nitrogen flush function:From capsules feeding station to sealing station,a flow process with revised Nitrogen atmosphere 2% residual Oxygen content,prolong product shelf life.
8) Heat sealing or Ultrasound sealing with material supplied on reels or magazines.
9) Possibility to handle different capsule styles with easy size changeover.
10) Remote controller,diagnose machine’s problem and solve it and monitoring machine’s running at outside,revise computer program.
11) Autoamtically count finished product’s quantity,no cup,no filling,no sealing.
12) Whole machine’s frame adopt 304 stainless steel material,high hardness.It is also accordance with food hygiene license.
